The pictures don’t do the jewelry and craftsmanship justice. The customer service is above par!! I picked the 16” chain forgetting the double name plate would actually sit an inch lower than I thought. I messaged KT and he was able to shorten the length of the chain and it’s absolutely perfect!!! Thank you!
